Property Consultant

Job Description 
Salary range: Rs 50,000 to Rs 100,000/-
Hours: Full time
Location: Pakistan, Islamabad

Your Role:

• Keeping up to date with the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market of Dubai.
• Keeping up to date with market trends in Dubai’s property market.
• Keeping up to date with the latest launches and projects
• Setting individual sales target
  Ensuring all leads are attended to and followed up on a regular basis.
• Determining client’s needs and financial abilities to propose solutions
  
  

Qualifications :

• Excellent written and communication skills in English
• Fluency in a second language
• Competent in using Microsoft Office
• Good understanding of using CRM software
• Strong networking skills
• Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
• Positive and hardworking attitude
• Presentable, professional, and honest
• Punctual and Responsible

     1- English (B2 -C1)
     2- Russian
     3- Mandarin
     4- Arabic
     5- Urdu/ Hindi
